Crisis call records for the past 24 months including: -Location information including address, name of business/organization, and inside or outside location -Caller information including phone number, name, & organization -Date & time -Call type -Initial call type -Final call type -Disposition -Use of force indicator

Please be advised that due to system limitations, SPD's calls for service spreadsheet does not contain information such as "caller information including phone number, name, and organization" or a "use of force indicator". In order to get this information, you will need to request subsequent reports and compile the data yourself. Additionally, each address that comes up on the spreadsheet will need to be reviewed for non-disclosure so providing this record will take some time. If you are amenable, we can remove the column with the addresses and provide the record significantly sooner.

Please let us know how you would like us to proceed. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will process the spreadsheet with the addresses. At this time, SPD anticipates that it will be able to provide a first installment of records on or about 12/3/2021. Thank you for your response. Is there any aggregated data indicating who has called
for response to people in crisis? This request is for the data that Lt. Pisconski's comment to the City Council

is based on, that "a really high percentage of those crisis calls that get generated that become 911 calls come from the service providers themselves.” I was hoping
to see the underlying data including whether it was across multiple service providers or concentrated with just one or two.
